Here is an Ab exercise you have to add to your list in 2018
If this is your first time doing this exercise make sure to listen closely to my instructions and never be in a rush to full extend out until you are able to control decent with your core.
You can use this exercise as a finisher or you can easily add it inbetween your exercises as a filler instead of standing around waiting for your next set.
