For those of us who are overweight and out of shape could you show a modification to the exercises. There is no way that I can do the exercise as you have shown it. If I got down on one knee I would need help getting up.
yes you can just not go down in a deep lunge. Just do the movement without bringing the back knee down as far and slowly over time increase the distance the knee is going down towards the ground.
